We have specialized in providing our design services to the Civil profession designing roadways, drainage systems, and subdivisions. With an electronic system, all you will have to do is insert the CD in to the drive and do a quick search for the document name and presto, the document that took 10 minutes to find is now readily available in seconds.

Also, with an electronic system you will have the ability to cut and paste information from multiple documents to create a new one in minutes. Some electronic filing systems only scan the document into a .gif or .jpeg image, which is only reproducible by reprinting, and takes up much more space.

Our system takes a document and scans the text to OCR which turns the entire document into an editable file. We can even turn spreadsheets in to electronic databases.
